Pocket Tote - II

I had so much fun making my first pocket tote that I kept at it and made another.  This one also features the Picnic line by Melody Miller for Cotton + Steel.   What's not to love with this vintage look print, it's so cute!  I used some red webbing for the handles on this one and I love how it pops with the fabric.  If you want to see my other pocket tote and get more tips on making this bag check out this post. You can find the free pattern here.

Summer is here in New York!  What fun projects are you working on lately?

Linking up with Sew Fresh Quilts and Crazy Mom Quilts.

  2. what a cute tote, would it fit an A4 folder? I'm thinking my kid could use one of those to take to school

    1. Thanks! Its depth is a little bit over 11 inches, so the folder might stick out of the top a half inch or so.

  4. Great little tote - am pinning that to my to-do list! Is winter here in Southland, NZ, so one more week of school until a two-week July break during which I hope to finish a baby quilt, dining chair covers and cushions for my mother, and quilt a top that's been waiting for about seven years!
