Turnover Quilt

Hello everyone!  I've got a bunch of quilts close to being finished, but sewing time has definitely been limited around here lately.  But the good news is that spring break is here!  So, I'm starting off with a quick quilt that I made from a Moda Turnover of Color Me Happy from V and Co.  No pattern here, just join lights with a dark and then arrange the way you like.  I used a yard of coordinating fabric for the back with a small strip in between to get to 45" long.  Did some FMQ swirls and loops, still practicing, it's not easy!

This is a finish for the Quarter 2 Finish-A-Long!  Here's what I'll be working on, what are you up to?

Linking up with Crazy Mom Quilts.

  4. Cute finish, Judy. I really like the V & Co prints. I need to start making smaller quilts then more of mine would get quilted. Thanks for sharing your latest finish.

  6. You are wise to practice your quilting on projects that are a manageable size. Well done!! I have never bought a "turnover" pack but it seems like it would be nice for a quick finish.
